Our administrative and production areas have restricted entry for only authorized personnel. We have taken all necessary physical and technology measures to ensures that patients/doctors data is well protected including physical checking on entrance and exit and password protected machines. Any spoiled hard copies of notes and copies of patient schedules are cross-cut shredded on site.

All client/patient details and transcription related procedures, voice files storage, documented data storage, and document management conforms or exceeds HIPAA regulations. As your partner in the chain of trust carrying patient health care information, we have in placed specific technical and physical security features for data system components, identification of authorized users, control of access, data integrity, and backup/recovery to ensure availability and reliability.

  • Secure and restricted entry and exits at work center to prevent unauthorized physical access to information.
  • Signing of non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement is mandatory for every employee, which is valid for 2 years even after employee leaves the company.
  • All entry and access rights are removed when an employee parts ways with the company.
  • Training to our entire workforce for upgrading their awareness and instill a sense of responsibility towards maintaining privacy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Internal audits from time to time to regularly monitor all security checks.
